Awanza Refund & Exchange Policy

At Awanza, we take pride in delivering high-quality bohemian and evening dresses. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for refunds, exchanges, and damaged/defective items.
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
✅ You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
❌ Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable") cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund

Email us at service@awanza.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval – We’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Ship the item back to our warehouse within 7 days of approval.

Refund processing – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Store credit (if preferred)
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order (within 14 days of delivery).
How to Request an Exchange

Email us at service@awanza.com with your order number and desired exchange details.

Receive approval & return instructions (including RA number).

Ship the original item back (unworn, with tags).

We’ll ship your new item once the return is received.
Important:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is sold out, we’ll offer a refund or alternative options.

Customer covers return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.
What to Do:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@awanza.com

Provide photos/videos of the issue for verification.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including return shipping if needed).
